Post Remixer Refund / Credit Policy
How credits, failed generation charges, delivered digital outputs, and paid-credit refund requests are handled.

1. How credits work
Post Remixer uses credits for selected product actions, such as analysing a source image, running Quick Remix, generating Studio options, or regenerating individual options.
The credit cost for each action may vary by feature and may change as the product develops. The app should show credit requirements before protected paid actions are started.
2. Failed actions and credit restoration
If a generation or analysis action fails after credits have been charged, the app may automatically restore credits where the current server logic can safely confirm the failed charged action.
Automatic credit restoration is not a promise that every issue will be detected perfectly. If your balance looks wrong, contact support so we can review the relevant account, project, action, and provider records.
3. Delivered digital outputs
Generated text, captions, backgrounds, previews, exports, downloaded images, and all-sizes packs are digital outputs.
Once a digital output has been generated, saved, exported, downloaded, or otherwise delivered, it is generally not refundable unless it is faulty, was not delivered as described, or a refund is required by law.
4. Paid credit purchases
Paid credit packs are purchased through Stripe. We do not promise automatic cash refunds for unused credits or delivered generated outputs.
Unused paid-credit refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case. If a cash refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment route where possible.
5. What we may check
When reviewing a credit or refund issue, we may check account, project, billing, credit event, provider, and operational records needed to understand what happened.
- Whether the action was started by the account holder.
- Whether credits were consumed for the action.
- Whether an output was generated, saved, exported, or downloaded.
- Whether the provider or app recorded a failure before delivery.
- Whether credits have already been restored for the same failed action.
6. How to ask for help
If credits look wrong, use the /support page when available or contact support@postremixer.com. Include your account email, project name or ID, the approximate time of the issue, what action you were taking, and what you expected to happen.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card details, private keys, or sensitive documents in a support request.
7. Legal rights
This policy explains how we normally handle credits and refunds inside the product. It does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be removed.
