1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Post Remixer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to the website, app pages, project creation tools, generated outputs, credit purchases, and any related support we provide.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You should use accurate account information and let us know if you believe your account or saved projects have been accessed without permission.

3. Credits and paid features

Post Remixer uses credits for selected creation actions, such as analysing images and generating or regenerating content. Credit costs may vary by action and may change as the product develops.

Credit purchases are handled through Stripe. We do not ask you to enter card details directly into our own app screens. Any refund or credit-restoration request is handled under our Refund / Credit Policy.

4. Your uploaded content and projects

You are responsible for the images, text, prompts, captions, project details, and other content you upload or create through the service.

You give Post Remixer permission to process your uploaded source images and project content so the app can analyse images, generate options, save projects, render previews, export final images, and provide support.

You should only upload content that you have the right to use and that does not breach someone else’s rights, privacy, or confidentiality.

5. AI-generated output

Generated text, captions, backgrounds, and final images are created with AI-assisted tools and may be inaccurate, unsuitable, similar to other content, or require human review before publication.

You are responsible for checking outputs before using them publicly, commercially, or in any sensitive context. We do not guarantee that generated output will be unique, error-free, brand-safe, legally cleared, or suitable for every platform.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or designed to bypass security or platform rules.

  • Do not upload private, confidential, or sensitive content unless you are comfortable with it being processed to provide the service.
  • Do not use the app to impersonate others, mislead viewers, harass people, or violate intellectual property rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, or abuse credits, payment flows, or support routes.

7. Availability and service changes

Post Remixer is a software service and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, bugs, quota limits, or changes to third-party services.

We may update, pause, remove, or change features, credit costs, providers, limits, or workflows where needed to operate and improve the product.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or close access if we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, payment misuse, unlawful activity, or serious breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you need help with account or project questions, use the support route described below.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to make it useful and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access, perfect results, or that every generated output will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business, lost data, platform takedowns, reputational harm, or losses caused by how you choose to use generated outputs.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Privacy, refunds, and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data, source images, generated content, payment metadata, operational logs, and support messages.

Our Refund / Credit Policy explains how credit issues, failed generation charges, delivered digital outputs, and paid-credit refund requests are reviewed.

For support, use the /support page when available or contact support@postremixer.com. Please include your account email, project name or ID if relevant, and a clear description of what happened.
